Order and payment references (Stripe Checkout; we do not store full card numbers)
Technical logs needed to secure and operate the service

Legal bases

We process data to perform a contract with your company, meet legal obligations (tax/invoicing), and pursue legitimate interests in securing and improving the storefront.

Sharing

We use processors such as Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), and Cloudflare (hosting, database, media). Data stays within the EU/EEA where those providers allow, or under appropriate transfer safeguards.

Retention

Account and order records are kept for the periods required for accounting and dispute handling, then deleted or anonymised.
