Terms of sale

These terms apply to business customers purchasing from NEXTWEAR.

Eligibility

Sales are B2B only. You must provide a valid EU VAT number verified via VIES before checkout.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in EUR exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Tax treatment (domestic VAT or reverse charge) is calculated at checkout based on your verified VAT country.

Payment

Payment is collected via Stripe Checkout. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and our systems mark the order as paid.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative and depend on supplier stock and destination. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provide.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
